The prices listed on our web site and in our Fabulous Menu are subject to change if you don't have the typical head of hair, your paws need a considerable amount of work or additional time and/or product is needed to make you "fabulous!" Don't worry, we will let you know way in advance!
The State of Ohio requires a 7.75% tax on all non-hair services.
You can purchase gift cards in any denomination and they really do make the perfect gift.
A credit or gift card with a sufficient balance will be required to book the following: (1) groups of two or more; (2) three or more services; (3) any Keratin Smoothing or Bio-Ionic Treatment; and (4) any hair extension service. A 50% deposit is also required at the time of booking! If you cancel your services within 24 hours, we will refund the 50% deposit and will not put any additional charges on your credit or gift card. If you don't cancel your services within 24 hours, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Therefore, we will charge your credit or gift card the remaining balance on your booked services. Lastly, if you or someone in your party comes in for your fabulous day of services and cancel any portion of the booked day while you are here, those services will be charged in full!
All make-up purchases are FINAL - so, be sure to have one of our fabulous make-up artists color match you before you purchase. Thank you for your understanding on this one!
