Although we do not give cash refunds, all
the services have a limited time guarantee and if for any reason you are not
satisfied, the service you received will be redone at no

Gratuities are not included in any of our
services. The industry average is 15% - 25% of your service fee. Envelopes are
available at our front desk. |

Cancellations
Please allow at least 24 hours notice to
cancel any service.

Reservations /
No Show Policy
When making reservations for 3 or more
services a credit card will hold your reservations. If no notice of
cancellation is given and you fail to honor your appointment, you will be
charged in full for your reservation. |

Parties
Please feel free to book our spa
for just you and a friend or parties as large as six. Create your
own spa package. With 3 or more spa services per person, you may take
10% off your bill.
